The coin is a Chinese Cash Coin from the Qing (Ch'ing) Dynasty (1644-1911).

Thanks. Do you know if the coin is dated? Surely it's not over 200 years old?

The inscription 乾隆通宝 translates as qian long tong bao, and ᠪᠣᠣ translates as Boo or Building and ᠶᡠᠸᠠᠨ translates as Yuwan or Board of Works or Board of Works mint in Peking (Beijing).

They were minted between 1735–1796, if I'm reading my history right
