It has the same self-taught "outsider art" brush strokes from late 1970's-early 1990's Public TV teacher man with crazy hair. It seems super recent for an Art piece. Upon second look it is a woodblock print or other multi-laye
red print using modern strokes style. I would say 1975-2017?

I guess I was hoping for more insight from the folks. My "research" has told me that originals may have a single red chop/stamp with the artist signing above it whereas many prints have two chops. Boy I could be wrong. When I took the print out of the frame, the word "Japanese" was written in pencil above a stamp that stated "from England". I believe the frame is older, maybe 1950s1960s? Anyone out there who can interpret? Thanks.
