Been doing a lot of cross board posting as of lately.

A member of a gun forum I'm on is looking for more information on this. Such as time frame, style etc.

Here's his post.

"Way off topic, need information, any websites/forums out there that I can go to identify this ashtray? It has been in my family for a few generations and would like to learn more. Thanks in advance."

I've asked him to check and see if there is anything printed on the bottom of the ashtray or on the base plate.

I like it but, can’t help you with any info on it.

Btw, I was down your way today. I had some business at Tyndall AFB. It was amazing the amount of downed trees and damaged structures that remained from the hurricane on HWY 98, City of Calloway, Mexico Beach, and on the base. I’ve been down that way several times over the years but, this was my first visit since the storm. There were few mental landmarks left and I felt I was visiting an area that I’d never been to. That sir, was one heck of a storm!
