That is an amazing find... I think its a cigar tray... I'm guessing early to mid 1900's maybe 1930's.... That has some value for sure...

The Horn in the picture is Swiss, I do believe. Neat find and I wouldn't hesitate to use it while smoking the finest Kohiba or Monte Cristo.
