As people start pulling their cash out because they fear their bank will crash, perhaps some of it will find its way into bullion. Maybe not just yet, perhaps it will take more time for Joe six pack to realize that gold and silver are good investments. I guess they will keep their cash under the mattress for a while.
Kind of scary when you see lines of people outside the bank to try and get their dough, like out in Calif today.
