Sorry, it is natural stone, looks like either quartz or tiny fossils fell out causing the voids

Yes it does. It’s a cool rock no doubt, and I would have put it in the back of the truck too.

If what you found was in a pile, it may be a petrified animal waste. Or, an eroded stone from time, weather and movement.
