Found this a couple days ago on my artifact hunting trip. Also found my first full arrowhead, scrapers, and some flakes. Wanting to know if this is the work of Mother Nature or man??

Thank you very much. It's beautiful either way. If I hold it a certain way it looks like an eagles head

It may well be a primary flake or a core - particularly if you found tools from the same material in that area. In the first photo it looks like there’s a platform on the right side.
