Article about new find in Mobile Bay

"The underwater cultural resources belong to the state." Is he kidding? A group of folks spends their time and money to find a wreck that no one knows is there, and it's a cultural resource? To be part of a"culture" it must have some signifigance. If no one has seen it, visited it, written about it, or claimed it, that statement is just bull.
I hope the guys who found it get to salvage it.
