Back in the 1970's there was a sailing museum ship calld the Artemis. I read it went down in the Gulf of Mexico in 1980. I found the location on http://www.thiswaytothe.net/ that says it is located at Latitude: 26.66699167 Longitude: -84.66653611 (26° 40' 1" N Longitude -84° 40' 0" W).
I was curious if anyone knows anything about it of if anything was ever recovered from it. It certainly was not carrying treasure but did have a lot of nice relics onboard.
