art deco lumarith comb

Picked up this Art Deco "Lumarith" Comb at an antique store this weekend. I didn't pay much for it and it is in perfect condition. All I did was gently clean it and thats it. Im trying to figure out how much its worth so I can try to sell it.

It's got a nice art deco look to it, probably part of a dresser set or something like that. Is it silver, plated or stainless steel ?

Didn't try sticking a magnet to it yet but I would say Stainless.

it should be marked somewhere on the comb what metal it is unless it's junk potmetal
