Art/Cartoon Daffy Duck Help

Picked this up a couple of months ago. Have exhausted all other resources besides here. It appears to be a combo painting, cartoon, and "carving" of what can only be an early daffy duck with his first nemesis named Egghead, who later morphed into Elmer Fudd. The piece has a 3D effect that looks like it was carved and painted.

There is no signature that I can find, there are no markings on the back, and I am unable to get it out of the frame, also unwilling to do so as it may damage the piece.

any ideas on what something like this is called or if it has value?

Daffy Duck has never been depicted with anything other than black feathers. Also, Egghead was a skinny guy, this guy looks like he just ate Daffy duck and Porky Pig too. I see the resemblances but I don't think this is what your hoping it is, unless it is someones bad folk representation of the both of them.
