Thats what I was thinking. And if I'm seeing it correctly there's no means for attaching firmly to an arrow.
Found in Slovakia, correct? Is the material bronze? Iron?

yes, found at Slovakia, nearby Danube. material it is bronze.

Probably not an arrowhead. Looks like a top to something, like a steeple to a mini church.
