Arrowhead...maybe? And no idea about the second!

Hey y'all!
I'm less then a month new to artifact hunting but I live in Central Pennsylvania and like to go hiking. I've been trying to do my due diligence but there are so many websites that are trash!
So, I am leaning on you to tell me if this is just a rock or some type of paleo native american artifact.

Everything I've found has been within the same 100 yards near a creek. Thank you so much and blessings!

Man that side profile if a stand alone picture would have me thinking yes but top and bottom view no, looks like sandstone anyway, not a type of stone used to make knives, scrapers, exct…
