Not anything convincing IMO, due to the type of materiel rock it is, but lets see what a few other folks say also.

The photo is very good, but it doesn't look worked to me. I can't see any evidence that it was worked into that shape by human hand, so sadly it looks like it's just a rock. Keep looking,
you are on the right track.

With the artifact being uni-faced, with large flaking and no fine chipping around the edges, the best it could have been is a "thumb scraper" to separate the sinews from the hide. Not sharp enough to penetrate game , IMO, but I am not (I think) an ancient Native...Interesting find! Sub 8-)
