I am sorry but it is really hard to tell if any of the Quarters are Proofs from the blurry, out of focus pics. However, any 1964 Washington Quarters with a "D" Mintmark, are not Proofs.

Proof Silver Washington Quarters were produced at the Philadelphia Mint from 1936 to 1942 then again from 1950 to 1964 and bare no Mintmark. There were no Proof Washington Quarters minted in 1965, 1966 and 1967 but Special Mint Set (SMS) Quarters were produced by the Philadelphia Mint to appease Collectors and again they bare no Mintmarks. Proof Washington Quarter production resumed in 1968 at the San Francisco Mint and continues to this day and all bare an "S" Mintmark. Only Clad Proofs were produced from 1968 through 1974, no Quarters dated 1975 were produced, Silver and Clad Proofs were both produced in 1976, then again only Clad Proofs produced from 1977 through 1991 and then since 1992, both Silver and Clad Proofs have been produced.

Thanks. I agree the pictures are not good. In person, the 64d actually looks like another I have and is probably UNC or AU but not a proof. I have since concluded it is not a proof, and your post confirms that.

The 64 is different entirely. Very shiny for a silver coin. Looks a lot different from the UNC 64s I have.
