Found these metal detecting in a site of an army air Field practice and training base. Is it related to that on the bottom they all say IVI 9mm 96. What does those words mean?Could they be practice for the force that was there or civillian practice? Probably not the military using rubber bullets, most likely a police force using the area. The military normally use blank rounds or live ammo.

That and many civilian law enforcement agencies use current and previous military training facilities for training. Typically it's the perfect place to conduct training.....
