First item is a bayonet scabbard tip with finial... CW. Looks uncrushed... nice piece!

Second item... who knows: Cattle ear tag, CW equipment tag, tool tag, any other variety of self stamped identification tag... maybe the letters mean something to you locally?

Third item is a World War One enlisted (Infantry) collar disk... the NH is ?

Yes scabbard tip --- Good find and the third item...NH disc may be a National Guard unit from New Hampshire.

Just my theory.

Great finds! Burt and Jim are both essentially correct about the collar disc. Not surprisingly I've found a couple of those (I'm in NH). I'm having a brain-freeze, though... is this National Guard or Army Reserve? Someone save me. I've seen "NG" (for National Guard) on the bottom of similar discs... but I've also seen an "R" (for Reserves) on the bottom of them... this has neither, so at the moment I'm not exactly sure... but I'm certain NH does stand for New Hampshire. I never mind being corrected.

How desperate are you to find out what the NH is?

16. Scipio, Albert L. The Collar Disk Story 1907-1999. 1999 updated and enlarged edition.
The only reference of its kind. 296 pages; thousands of disk variations illustrated and explained. Mint condition, with dust jacket. $50

Phhht... I'm WAY to cheap to buy a tome like that. My 1940's National Geographics have the info I need somewhere... but I'm seeing double right now (umm, due to pink-eye I should note, since this is a family site ;) ).

This WWI period "NH" New Hampshire collar disk is listed in the ROTC / Students' Army Training Corps section of Scipio's book— Plate 27 - "School Devices (Continued)," #31, p. 181.
