✅ SOLVED Are these bullets?

I found both of these at the same site near Griffin, Ga. three weeks ago. They are lead and both weigh 28 grams. That converts to 432 grains. As you can see, they are very flat.
If not bullets, what could they be?

They are fired 20th-Century shotgun slugs.
