Are 1906-O barber dimes rare?

What would it grade? A EF-40 goes for $90.00 according to my current price guides.

the prices that are listed are the prices that you could get from anyone wanting it. dealers pays only one half of that and lower if you dont know the going price.

THX for the info True & Ole Man I think it might be EF-40 MAYBE u can see the wheat on the back very well, (all of the details) THX HH CS

Actual "trends" or what people pay for a given coin, even in "desperate" times, is 30-60% lower then what PCGS advertises!
Over inflating prices is a tool all grading services have used (especially PCGS) to increase their business worth.
