For $1.00 it was worth the risk. I own a super sweet mechanical aquastar from the early 70s. I thought they went out of business, but this is the identical logo. It’s quartz and some sort of sealed rubber case. You guys think the movement comes out the front?

Also anybody ever seen one of these? I cannot find a peep about it in the internet.

Thanks. ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1532101135.222479.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1532101145.599803.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1532101156.205054.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1532101165.389457.jpg

Looks to be a lower cost fashion watch but for a $1.

I totally agree with you - but for the Aquastar name. There were so few Aquastars made that I have to assume (hope) it’s more valuable.

A look at the movement will tell for sure. It almost looks like it’s a mono case though And if is I wouldn’t bother opening it up.

Apologies but what is a mono case)
