Aside from CWRs in almost daily batches of $100, the Brinks dime boxes with the clear wrappers are the only ones that I consistently search since they don't take a whole lot of effort or time. They seem to reliably carry about two silver pieces per box. Last week, I found a box with 22 silver dimes, so I decided to ramp up my dime box searches.
Well, I've gone through about 40 boxes. About 25 of them were dated April 2 and from different local branches. Aside from one box today containing a lone 1964, there was no silver to be found in any of them. The other 15 bore dates ranging from June of last year through this past March. None of those boxes were skunks.
The good box was dated October 7. Haven't found another one with that date.
