Just more iron I've dug from my yard. I'm wanting to know if there is anything worth taking the time to do electrolysis on.



They look to thin to have been attached to a handle to be hoes or anything., not sure about the one with a square hole either
* whoops sent to soon, more stuff to load


Thickness compares on to a hatchet I dug up



Both have a single hole through wide ends

I love this little one with the threads




Just some little hot rocks that litter my property and make detecting difficult , I have one that's a 10 inch boulder of slag

Hate to say it, but collect it all up (like Buckleboy & crew) & sell it as scrap but you need plenty more yet. Always worth checking before you chuck it...

I'm reluctant to do that, though, cause even if it's junk , some of it could be 1700's junk.. Lol. I did scrap things before that I couldn't identify only later to dig up more parts that want to it later

I commented on the first photo, now there are lots more pictures. Some of the shaped pieces with holes & hooks might be worth cleaning, the rest is as stated before. But then that just my opinion, because I don't have a spare room for all my iron finds.

Me either just abox in the basement.. However considering I've been at this less than a year and have ready given away a big box to be scrapped and still have a huge box of stuff ... I may need to get more choosey in what I keep. I do love tbe old iron though
