Anyone want to hunt a small property in Hockessin for a 50/50 split with the owner?

I know someone who wants their 1928 property searched. Its small, I think 1/4 acre or less? Anyway they want to sign a 50/50 deal with me. I'm not really interested in driving that far for such a small property. If your interested PM me and I'll pass on the info.
