You have to take a course administered by Mastereagle22 and Baldingboy (the inventors) before you can legally purchase one of these. Upon completion you will be issued a certificate allowing you to use it on the White House lawn if you desire. The original prototype in the video resides somewhere in Kansas.

I moved to Oregon from Olathe, Kansas. There is plenty of area out there to test the digger. Heck I need to dig a water fountain in my yard, it will work. Don't know if the land owner would appreciate it much.
