The Lutheran pin was probally enamelled at one time ....Made by Littles System, Cross and Crown Christian Finance Association NY ....Sometime in the 1930's

Looks like you found a Catholic medal and a Lutheran pin. I believe the medal has the "Sacred heart of Jesus" on one side and the Madonna and child on the other..What is the inscription above their heads?

looks like you have the answers, gypsy is on top of things! Very nice finds! I like the way, maybe it's just the dirt has filled in some of the negative spaces in the images. Looks ghostly, at least in the pics.
