IT has 3 threaded holes...(A) the long one running down the side(B) one drilled in to the right of it (C) the one drilled in from left side of A, in which they meet in the rock. The pic with small orange dot is the hole that goes thru rock, in which they all meet. If you want additional pics just ask, no problem. I am far from a photographer.

Sorry, agree with OTB, it is natural rock with hole from where crinoid fossil fell out.
 

Crinoid holes, the fossils have fallen out/dissolved or something leaving the mold in the stone

Thank you, crinoids are the culprit a lot around here, sorry it isn’t something more exciting
