An Internet search for vintage coca cola coolers shows that this design was made by several manufacturers over a period of a few decades. Your image of the data plate is so poor that I could not make out anything beyond the second line. If you have the manufacturer name, model number, and serial number, you should be able to make inquiries on any of the multitude of vintage beverage and coca cola specific blogs and websites.
