Why can't I find one similar doll

Are there any markings on the doll? Either on the back of the neck or under the foot? Is the body solid or cloth? I'm thinking that it may not be terribly old, however, I'm sure you'll get some more feedback soon.

The body is cloth the head feet and hands are porcelain........ I can't find any marks they are about a 12 inches in length
