Anyone in the Gettysburg area ?

That would like to relic hunt in the spring ? I'm big into the civilwar and would love to find a few musket balls.
I live about 70 miles or so away from there and don't know anyone from there.

Good luck! I grew up in the area and they are VERY serious about Civil War relics. It's difficult to get permission to hunt private property. And if you get caught hunting the battlefield areas, I hope you've got a good lawyer... because you'll need one.

Do some research and see if you can find some camp areas. There were a lot of soldiers at Gettysburg. They had to sleep somewhere on the way into and out of Adams county. You might find something closer to you.

I know from reenacting that park land is a BIG no no. That's not worth the fines and jail time on could have!

Who is "Don" and how do we get in touch with him. My dad still lives in the area na dwould like to know about some good places to hunt.
