Found this in a soccer field that was also a CW camp. Its brass but the silver thing I believe is silver through my detecting experience. It was about 6 inches deep.

I was going to say that solenoids often have silver contact points.

Well I dont recognize it but its a good guess. I have quite a few contacts that I broke off of solonoids but I dont know how to seperate or break off the silver.
