It has been rounded by water and your pictures are too blurry to make out anything.
Get better pictures for an id.
Could be green jasper, but it is a long shot.

Yeah i apologize, the camera on my new phone doesnt like picking up details for some reason, even when focused. Ill have to buy a new camera for ids . Lots of jasper here and i have about 10 of those rocks, so abundance is key here too.

Is the rock wet? It can make it impossible to get an ID when you take pics of rocks wet, the light will distort what is really there. Best practice is taking a dry pic in natural sunlight (not direct). I feel ya on camera phones, they can be a pain to get good pics with!

Sounds good will take some better pics with a camera and dry, this phone is horrible.
