Any reccomendatinos or people here with a button book that could help me out here Got a long list i bought from a collecter along time ago, most are dug. Civilian and military. Alot are british i belive...

I think I might have an old military button. It's metal, plain, but the word "BEST" is on the back. Does anyone have a reference in a book for it?

Welcome to the forum! Are you sure there is no quality after the best, alot of mine say best quality. yours could be related to those.

hi guys,
been a while since i've been on.since a lot of us folks find buttons,you might think about getting the book by
Alphaeus H. Albert. he has all the milatary and some civilian buttons with pics in it.the book is record of american uniform and historical buttons. the down side is it doesn't have any value prices for them.
just thought you like to know.
ps. if you have a pic i can try to tell you if its in there.
