Anyone good with tokens? Solved!

Dug this token in area that saw a ton of action from both sides during the war of Northern Aggression. I put a little talcum powder to bring out the details. It looks to me like a shield with a eagle over it on one side and the back(or front) looks like a man sitting in a funny hat maybe. I have no ideas about this other that I think its a token.

Good catch, Jeff !!
It's either a 1C or 5C coin.
The one centavo is 24 mm in dia.; the five centavo is 19mm in dia.
