Anyone good with lock ID's

I found 2 locks on a late 1800-1900 site that im not real sure on the types or dates. The one with the latch says MW & Co (Maybe railroad). The other one I have no idea. It has many pins on the face and looks as though it has two halves. If anyone has any info on them and possible value I would appreciate it.

The rivets seem to match those of an ARMORY rustproof extra heavy 8 lever brass plated wrought steel padlock. I have the catalog but cant access it at this time.. I only have this page in my files. Keep in mind these are artists drawings. "Undoubtebly the best lock ever sold at the price." Prices: 24 cents for the 8 lever, 15 cents 6 lever. "Retail price 30 cents each."
