Rebel, I think your item is a piece from a vintage tin toy (40s-50s) from the Ohio Art Company. It looks like it would have been a hubcap on a small toy vehicle. Ohio Art has been in business since 1908 and produced some of the best tin toys ever made. Neat find Breezie
