I went to Wildwood for the day on Thursday the 21st with a friend that was on vacation. Just wanted to do something different so we took a joy ride to Wildwood for the day and see what changes had taken place since we visited it when we were teenagers. It's been a Long time since i was there since most of the time when i do go to the Beach i usually go to the Delaware Beaches. I had some Good memories of the amusements at Wildwood when i was a teenager. We parked on 24th & Surf Street in Wildwood. Unfortunately, i didn't have my detector with me to do some Metal detecting on the beach. Has anyone had any Luck Detecting at Wildwood or other Jersey Beaches, icluding Delaware Beaches ? I hear you should do your metal detecting before Labor day before the Beaches are gone over with the Sand Cleaning Machines, Not Sure what their called exactly" Has anyone seen one and do you have a PIC you can Post ?
