It's hard to get to if you don't have a reference as to where it is.

Yeahhhhhhhh lost some of my post here. I am trying to find out more information for a guy on a hiking forum. He is the one who took the photo. He took it on the Appalachian Trail, he thinks in Virginia but is looking for confirmation of that and some more details on the mountain like the history of the structure and any roads that may lead close by on the other side that he could not see.
