Dug this out of the usual suspect. GIB was there with his CX3030 but missed it...my sand shark picked it up. Money can't buy you love...

agree with DCM... Perfume bottle pendants date back to the days of early Europe. These perfume bottles served the dual purpose of being a piece of jewelry as well as an item of use carrying in it the ladies perfume. I've also read that these little scent bottles came in handy as a means to sniff when a women of the 19th century pass by all the garbage left in the streets in those days as the smell was overwhelming and a sniff of the perfume would cover up the terrible smell and prevent her from gagging on the stench of rotting garbage.
