Anybody knows who made this?

It is a Sterling Silver ring with an unknown hallmark, it has roses carved around it, the hallmark looks like a coyote or wolf. Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks guys.

Circle w/ a 'C' typically means its 900 out of 1000 parts silver.....That is obviously the easiest part to solve. I am still looking up the other symbol.
