Anybody know what this is?

When I dug it, I thought it was a pipe bowl. However, when I cleaned it up, I discovered it says CASH PRIZE BANK on the top, and there is no place where a pipe stem would have attached. It measures 1 1/8 inches wide by 1 1/4 inches tall, and has obviously been burned on the inside. Strange piece! Anybody know what it is? Thanks!

Is it Threaded ?

I'm going to make a Guess & Say it's a Lid for a Jug.

Money gets put in the Jug untill full.

Then It is the Cash Prize for

A Bingo Game, Drawing, Guess the Amount game, Or whatever.

May have been a Plastic Jug that Burned.

Or somone tried to Burn something in it.

I'm guessing My First Maybe Melted/Burned plastic Jug
even if not threaded it could have snapped on.
