If it's a real Iraqi dinar bill, it would be worth about USD$21--but I don't know of any bank that would exchange it.

It might be worth more than US $1 but you would have to go to Iraq to spend it.

i know for sure that it is a foreign bill, and is most likely made of papery clothy material. i also bet it says 25000 dinars. i also bet it has people & unicorn things on the back. last, i may b wrong but i think its from iraq. j/k, was just here to post & waist ur time reading my post when i really have no clue on any info. about the bill...sorry.

Yeah you've got one of the new issue Dinars. The current situation with them is people buying loads of them in hope of a return on investment. The last gulf war saw Saudi Arabia or Kuwaits Dinar tank. Only to come back. Some one in my area bought a lot of them at the time, for about 10-50 grand. Now she doesn't have to worry about money anymore. So say the ecxhange rate goes from 1168 to $1 to 100 to $1. That's a great return.
