ANYBODY HAVE A FISHER F2 WITH TARGET ARROWS?

As mentioned in online reviews and write ups they all mention the Fisher F2 having target arrows.Even my manual mentions my F2 having target arrows so why does my Fisher F2 not have them?.Something is definitely fishy here,so does anybody have a F2 with them ? I need to know if Fisher has pulled a fast one.All these write ups and reviews can't be all wrong can they?

My F2 doesn't have any target arrows.
The F4 has target arrows.

Well I called Fisher they said the F2 does not have target arrows.Its a manual mistake and wrong info on their part.And all those reviews and write ups on web mentioning target arrows on F2 is wrong also.They have had calls and complaints about it also.FYI the new F2 like I just got is black everthing,no more golden metalic rods etc.Its not a shiny black either its a subdued black it looks nice
