Any suggestions on a machine that can help find holes or caves?

I have looked at GPR but its to bulky and to costly.And the TM808 by whites is not that good
for finding large holes or caves.I was told that a company makes a density sound
wave image gun used by law enforcement to find burried bodys or lost cars in rivers.
But nobody knows were to get one.Also If anyone can help with tips on what to look for.
