Awesome.....I cant seem to find barely any other photos of these, how confident would you say it is one? I will get a photo of the back for sure, are they rare? I guess as rare as a building that would have had one lol

It is part of a fancy horse bit. I would guess late Victorian - 1880's to 1910.

100% agree with DCMatt and Tamrock.

The art styling is definitely called "eastlake". Search for doorknobs and other hardware with the search term "eastlake" and you'll find similar stuff. This stuff has huge resale value in my experience.

edit: and by huge resale value I mean compared to the crap I usually find LOL. Here's a picture of something I dug up in eastlake styling but it is a bit more "crude" in design:
