Any info on this bowl?

Hello everyone and thank you for reading my post. I would like any information about this bowl. I think it's enamel. It measures 24" across. Also if anyone can read the writing on the bottom, I would appreciate knowing what it says. Thank you. Pat

According to the sticker on the bottom it was made, I think, for this company C.S. GOODFRIEND & CO., INC. - Business Located in New York, you could contact them directly.
The text on the bottom is to be read from left to right, that is actually top to bottom and should look like this (I turned the image)

You write you think it's enamel, so the bowl (I'd say plate...) is metal with an enamel cover?

Thank you for this info. I think it's enamel, it feels like metal when I tap it with a fingernail.
