Any Idea's !

This piece was dug at an early 1800's house. Anyone have an idea of the age and purpose?I'm thinking maybe a part of a bracelet for a child.The watch is not a functional time piece.The watch is about the size of a nickel and the crystal is glass.We've dug stuff as early as the 1780's from this place.

Childs toy watch..Had ribbon band. Hard to pin down age Pre 1950's..
