Measures 1 1/4" across
22 on one side
25 on the other with the letter A cut into it
 

This one took me a lot of creative image searching, I can't say for sure what this one is, but I found a coin with a VERY similar pattern. So if it isn't the same company, it was possibly made by the same coin manufacturer? Hope this helps. Notice the distinct similarity between the number pattern as well as the stars and symbols:

I think it is a game/casino token worth either 22 points or 25 points depending on which side is up when played.

I live about 5 miles from a casino/dog track but dont know how long its been there

It looks very similar to slot machine tokens that I have found in the past, but the different denominations are interesting.
