It's a video game token. It's says "no cash value" but take a couple of kids there and you will go broke. Amazing how much a plastic spider ring and bubba teeth cost these days
 

The no cash value side is the same as a chuck e cheese game token, but the eagle side is different
 

It was found in key west where the last arcade was a magic carpet golf torn down 15 years ago and there was an old game room arcade on Duval st about 20 yrs ago but really nothing else to speak of that I could imagine this token coming from?? Magic carpet had their own tokens with a genie on them and the other arcade on Duval st used quarters? The search continues lol!

They used stuff like that in prisons I've obtained a few similar
 

See the manufacturer's website Hoffman Mint - stock token that was used in amusement machines, etc. all over.

Thanks guys !! I got to thinkin' and no arcades to speak of but...... A small fair comes every year and has been for about 25 yrs or so!!
 

i have one just like it ,,, it was used as a bath room token in a laundry matt
