Any ideas on this??

It appears to be made of lead. It beds easy. Any ideas? Found at a civil war bc camp site.

Its a very strange colour for Lead, are you sure?

Don't know but it's a good find

Doesnt look like lead, might be thin brass or copper, the redish layers would make me think that.
