Any ideas on this fob?

Dug this on Monday and got most of the field crud off this fob.
Now the shield is not straight and mostly burnt off from the field dirt.
Has anyone seen a fob like this before?
Also wondering if was a common fob or somebody had it made up with the crest/shield?

I've found a fair number of watch fobs Jim, but never one with a heraldic coat of arms on it.
